Eating breakfast has always been an important part of a person’s daily life. Or, at least, it should be. Sadly, not everyone in the world understands how important it is to start the morning off right with a nutritious breakfast. Skipping this meal can negatively effect a person’s health in many ways, including lead a person to gain unnecessary weight. It should not go on being ignored when it is the meal that can help you focus for the rest of the day and keep up your health. To shine some light on this problem, I have chosen to cover it in my Project Truth infographic in hopes of changing people’s thoughts about skipping breakfast in the morning.
