Macarons! Yes! These small colorful desserts are everywhere, replacing cookies and cupcakes. By definition, macarons are small, round biscuit (cookie), crunchy outside and soft inside, made with ground almonds, sugar and egg whites. Although macarons are so tiny, they are quite hard to perfect. I thought creating an infographic on social problems is educational and noteworthy, but nothing excites me more than food and desserts. Therefore, sharing some knowledge and research on these beautiful circle snacks is what my project is going to be on.
Originally from Thailand, Sherry Jensiriwanich is a current student at PrattMWP in Utica, New York. She is majoring in communication design with a focus in advertisement.
