So I researched more infographics and came across data visualization. These infographics design with just data.I was more drawn to these and decided to go with it. I think I’m more drawn to these is because of my background. I’m from New York City and there information is flying at you fast, so having something you read where you get the information right away is something I’m going for. In order to make this I am experimenting with Cinema 4D. I want to make these infographics 3 dimensionalI decided to do my infographic on Mexican candy. With the development of China’s reform and opening up, more and more Chinese students choose to get a better, higher education abroad. It is known that thousands of Chinese students go to America to get a higher education and the number of them is still increasing every year. However, it is not an easy process to get a good accommodation in an unfamiliar place for an international student, especially when they have totally different languages and traditions. As Yan and Berliner (2009) mentioned in Chinese International students’ academic stressors in the United States that Chinese students are not only one of the biggest groups of foreign students on American campuses, but also one of the international groups that experience greater challenges adapting to the American educational system.

Prison, when used appropiately is created to reduce crime by preventing its repetition. Those who were incarcerated are expected to return to society as upstanding members who have learned their lesson. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The conditions in prison are not conducive to reforming individuals, there are racial disparities and instead of dangerous criminals being locked there are many people incarcerated for non violent offenses. This infographic serves to inform the reader of the injustices in the prison system.

My main goal was to draw attention to how many people these problems can affect and how much sleep a person actually needs. I wanted to highlight how overlooked this issue is.

It’s no secret that Anti-Semitism is on the rise in America due to our current president (surprise surprise), and the statistics are staggering. The Anti-Defamation League counted 1,986 anti-Semitic incidents in the last year — the second-highest number since the group began tracking them nearly four decades ago. This means it rose 57% in 2017 alone, with a report in every state. By bringing awareness to these concerning issues, hopefully history will not have the chance to repeat itself.
